We reiterate that this Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals and targets, including the means of implementation are universal, indivisible and interlinked. Preamble! We fully commit to this. We recognize the major challenge to the achievement of durable peace and sustainable development in countries in conflict and post-conflict situations. It also seeks to strengthen universal peace in larger freedom. Agenda 2030 is based on UN Sustainability Goals that will complete the submission of sovereign countries to UN mandates. The Task Team will be open to the participation of all UN agencies, funds and programmes, and ECOSOC functional commissions and it will initially be composed by the entities that currently integrate the informal working group on technology facilitation, namely: UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, United Nations Environment Programme, UNIDO, United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNCTAD, International Telecommunication Union, WIPO and the World Bank. 6. 51. We will foster a dynamic and well-functioning business sector, while protecting labour rights and environmental and health standards in accordance with relevant international standards and agreements and other on-going initiatives in this regard, such as the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the labour standards of ILO, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and key multilateral environmental agreements, for parties to those agreements. It will facilitate sharing of experiences, including successes, challenges and lessons learned, and provide political leadership, guidance and recommendations for follow-up. 2. An important use of international public finance, including ODA, is to catalyse additional resource mobilization from other sources, public and private. The achievement of full human potential and of sustainable development is not possible if one half of humanity continues to be denied its full human rights and opportunities. A world with equitable and universal access to quality education at all levels, to health care and social protection, where physical, mental and social well-being are assured. Follow-up and review processes at all levels will be guided by the following principles: a. Within the past generation, hundreds of millions of people have emerged from extreme poverty.
